Workshop »Managing the Living Space and Transportation in the Ljubljana Urban Region«

A workshop on managing the living space and transportation in the Ljubljana Urban region took place on Thursday 21 May in Cankarjev Dom in Vrhnika. The projects »Preparation of Expert Basis for Managing Public Transportation in the Ljubljana Urban Region« and »Expert Basis for the Preparation of a Regional Spatial Plan in the Ljubljana Urban Region« were presented.  The projects, which are in the creation phase, analyze and place to priority development tasks for the region: settlement and transportation, which will have a key impact on the development of the region and the state as a whole in addition to adapting to contemporary energy and climate questions and waste treatment.

OMEGA consult successfully presented the transportation technical solutions and proposed a concept for public passenger transportation in LUR. (See presentation in PDF)
