LUR Council Members
In accordance with the Decision on the Establishment of the Ljubljana Urban Region Council (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia no. 88/2006) and the Decision on the Amendment of the Decision on the Establishment of the Ljubljana Urban Region Council (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia no. 116/2008), the Ljubljana Urban Region Council shall compose of the mayors of the Ljubljana Urban Region Municipalities.

At its constitutive meeting on 17 April 2007, the members of the Regional Council elected the Mayor of the Municipality of Ljubljana, Zoran Janković as President and the Mayor of the Municipality of Vrhnika, dr. Marjan Rihar as Deputy.
